1. Scope of Engagement
Global Crest Solutions provides bespoke digital technology, web and mobile software engineering, UI/UX design, cybersecurity audits, and digital marketing services as defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or project proposals.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final project milestone sign-off and receipt of settled invoices, full ownership of all custom-authored source code, graphic design assets, and database schemas created for the client is transferred completely to the client.
3. Cybersecurity Audits & Testing
Penetration testing and security auditing are performed exclusively on systems and assets owned or authorized in writing by the client. GCS adheres strictly to ethical disclosure practices.
4. Warranties & Support
All development projects include a 30-day post-launch bug remediation warranty covering deviations from approved specifications. Ongoing maintenance and SLAs are governed by dedicated support contracts.
